Where teams feel heard & happy

DPulse is Docplanner's weekly pulse. A handful of questions once a week, answered in a couple of minutes โ€” your answers stay confidential, and your team gets an honest picture of how work actually feels.

What it does

A small ask every week, a clear picture over time

Nothing to install and nothing to set up. If you're in the Docplanner org chart, DPulse already knows where you sit.

Your weekly pulse

Quick weekly pulse on how work is really going โ€” a few questions, answered in a couple of minutes.

Questions that rotate

Questions are drawn from a curated bank covering engagement topics and eNPS, and rotate week to week โ€” you won't be asked the same thing twice in a row.

Confidential feedback

A safe space for honest answers. Nothing shows up until enough people in a group have replied, and then only as an aggregate.

Where your answers go

Into engagement scores and trends for the people closest to the team โ€” not into a report nobody reads.

Slack tells you when

The DPulse bot sends you a direct message when your pulse is ready, with a button that opens it. Miss one and it nudges you again later in the week.

Straight from HiBob

Teams, departments and reporting lines come from HiBob and re-sync every night. Nothing to join, no lists to keep up to date.

Trust

Confidentiality is the foundation, not an afterthought

People only give honest feedback when they trust the system. DPulse is engineered so that individual answers stay confidential โ€” even to us, even to managers, even in exports.

Minimum group-size thresholds โ€” results are only shown when enough people have answered, so no one can be reverse-identified.

Identities separated from answers

Responses are decoupled from personal identifiers. Managers see aggregated results, never who said what.

GDPR-aligned by default

Right to access, right to erasure, clear data ownership โ€” built into the product, not bolted on.

Google SSO, no passwords

Sign in with your work Google account. Nothing to remember, nothing to leak, nothing to rotate.

Role-based access

Managers see their teams, admins see the org, employees see only themselves โ€” scoped with permissions from day one.

The same rules outside the dashboard

Written comments reach managers as text alone โ€” no name, no date attached. CSV exports and the data-warehouse feed apply exactly the same minimum group sizes as the dashboard, so nothing loosens up on the way out.

How it works

Three steps, once a week

There is no account to create and nothing to configure. The pulse comes to you.

1

Slack pings you

Once a week the DPulse bot DMs you that your pulse is ready. Hit the button in the message.

2

Sign in with Google

The link opens DPulse in your browser and your work Google account gets you in. No password to set up.

3

Answer and you're done

A few questions and a couple of minutes. Add a comment if you want to say more โ€” it travels without your name.
